Publication of Hamara Heritage Anthology a book on our Culture and Heritage
Today we share a prodigious landmark for Three Meem Foundation as it celebrates the publication of its book, Hamara Heritage Anthology.
This is a clear example of how Three Meem have delivered to the visions and aspirations set through encouraging the youth to partake in extracurricular activities and by providing the channels to do so.
The idea was born at a Young Speakers session on Culture & Heritage. Its focus was to support the young speakers to do this in the context of exploring and understanding their own identities, cultures, and histories.
Creative writing skills allow for expression and meaningful engagement giving its user the confidence to articulate thought in a very coherent and penetrating manner. This book is an example of this and so much more, it’s a riveting read with colour photographs that bring to life the cultural values and experiences of the young authors. It openly explores the notion of identity which truly makes this a warm, thought provoking and very compelling read. The sentiment of heritage this book delivers is profound.
We are tremendously proud of the hard work and dedication of the authors, so all credit for the successful completion of this book goes to them. They have inspired Three Meem to continue and create such prospects within the community.
Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the editors for their valuable time in moulding the articles into a product that exhibits the quality reflected by the gifted authors.
