The Ladies Taekwondo team, under the leadership of Coach Safiya Florence Ascoli-Ball, made their debut at the British Autumn Open in Manchester on October 19th and 20th, 2024. Competing as the 3 Meem Foundation team, they delivered an impressive performance, earning:

• 6 Gold Medals
• 7 Silver Medals
• 2 Bronze Medals

The medals were won across Poomsae (technical) individual, pair, and team events, as well as the Kyorugi (fight) events. This successful first outing provided a valuable and rewarding experience for all team members
