All Stars Cricket
- Sports
The Three Meem Foundation, in collaboration with the ECB and Cheshire Cricket board, organized an exciting All Stars Cricket program to introduce young children, ages 5-8, to the sport in May/June . Spanning eight weeks, this initiative provided a perfect first experience in cricket, combining fun, activity, and skill development. Each session lasted for an hour, filled with engaging exercises and games designed to help children learn cricket fundamentals while making new friends.
Fully inclusive and focused on enjoyment, All Stars Cricket encouraged children to develop essential movement skills, such as catching, throwing, and batting. Experience and friendly coach Jordan conducted this course held at Trafford MV. The sessions utilized soft balls and plastic bats to ensure a safe and accessible experience, creating a welcoming environment for every child to enjoy cricket. This program offered a fantastic start in the sport, with an emphasis on building confidence and teamwork in a supportive setting.
